What if we need more paper unexpectedly?
No worries! We get it—sometimes you have big events or meetings that require more paper. You can request up to an extra 2% of your monthly paper allocation at no extra cost. We're happy to plan ahead for these special occasions to make sure everything runs smoothly. Your convenience is our priority!
What quality of paper will we receive?
We want you to feel at home, so we'll send the same quality of paper you're already using. Rest assured, all our paper suppliers are U.S.-based to maintain our high quality standards. You can count on us to deliver top-notch service, every time.
Can we end our agreement early?
If you're not happy with our service, let’s discuss it and see what we can do to address your concerns immediately. This refers predominately to paper quality and delivery reliability. Our CEO is always available to hear directly from customers that are not satisfied. If he can’t fix it, we’ll terminate the agreement, no penalties attached. If it’s simply a matter of preference for change then you can end the service by paying 50% of the remaining balance. We're committed to being as fair and transparent as possible.
Can we get more than a 20% discount?
Absolutely! You can save 25% in the second year by signing a two-year agreement. If you're looking for maximum savings, consider leasing or purchasing our smart dispenser. It’s a win-win solution for both cost-saving and efficiency. Ownership maximizes your savings!
How tough is the installation?

Are the dispensers battery-operated?
Yes, our dispensers run on 4D cell batteries that last for at least a year. No complicated wiring needed.
Any other benefits to using your dispensers?
Our dispensers promote hygiene by reducing cross-contamination and waste. Plus, they're a more sustainable option that could even help you save on water consumption.
Can these dispensers help prevent COVID-19 spread?
While we can't claim to fully prevent COVID-19, our touchless, enclosed design aims to minimize cross-contamination, offering an added layer of protection against COVID transmission.
How durable are the dispensers?
These units are as sturdy as they come, made from resilient ABS polycarbonate plastic. While they’re not designed for extreme abuse, they perform admirably in everyday environments.
How will we know when to refill paper?
The dispensers have intuitive LED indicators to let you know when it's time for a paper refill. It's as simple as green, yellow, and red!
What types of paper can we use?
Our dispensers are quite flexible! They accept single, dual, and triple ply paper—cored or coreless. The only paper we can't accept is the Super Jumbo JRT roll.
How have you ensured reliability?
We've put our units through rigorous tests in various conditions, and they've passed with flying colors. They're designed to operate efficiently in most indoor and outdoor environments.
What color options do we have?
For now, our sleek dispensers come in a black matte finish, which is excellent for hiding fingerprints, Sharpie markings and resisting scratches.
Are these suitable for schools?
Yes, schools and universities are ideal settings for our dispensers. So far, even in K-12 schools, we've experienced little to no vandalism.
Will the paper touch the floor?
You can adjust the dispenser settings to ensure paper stays off the floor, keeping your facilities tidy.
How close do I need to be to trigger a dispense?
We offer adjustable proximity settings to fit various stall widths, ensuring smooth and accurate dispensing every time.
Will paper pile up on the floor?
As long as you follow our installation guide, accidental dispensing is extremely unlikely. We've had no reported issues to date.
How can we be sure we won't run out of paper?
We'll work closely with you to determine your paper needs and adjust shipments accordingly. And in case of unexpected spikes, we recommend keeping a backup case of paper.
